It wouldn't surprise me if these forums etc are places where you pick up your subjects. That's ok I guess because you've got to find your RV's somehow. There's no knowing who's who until they have an amount of training and from then on, the fine tuning probably happens. Great idea really.
It happens at dance schools, music institutions... gosh even school football games to find the most promising players. Scouts so to speak.
