While I dont always use music or sound stimulus when meditating or RV targeting I find it useful and pleasent. There are many sound sourses claiming to be hemi synching ect. I'd like to hear your experiences and tastes in this.

I can absolutely recommend this book!

It starts with the personal history of Lyn and how he got into the RV program.

I especially like the descriptions of the changes he went through as a Remote Viewer and the way it had effect on his personal life...sooo recognizable! His no-nonsense style makes it fun to read!

The book contains a lot of great tips and in the back of the book you'll find some usefull RV-tools ...like a session profile sheet!

Remote viewing the stock market

Presently I earn a living trading the share market. I have been doing the for about three years (this time) although I spent about 7 years doing it for a large stock-broking firm a few years back.

So, it seems inevitable that should I learn remote viewing I will experiment with it in financial markets. I have heard that number are difficult to discern with RV although there are tricks to get around this (such as associating smells with numbers).

Does anyone have any tips about this?

I had a phone call from my son....

Dad help I have lost my phone ( again ! ) can you do a session for me ?

Rather groggy ..half asleep I said. "I am in bed and that this is a good opportunity

Not impressed he carried on talking, and we eventually hung up.

With him saying that he had lost his phone, I had a flash of a couch or chair corner where

the cushion is. Not saying anything I went back to sleep and forgot about ...

I have many Dejavu experiences in my life. Some of them seem to have a 'changing effect' . For instance...I recognize a situation as being a Dejavu, but then I 'remember' what happened after that 'the last time' . I now know that this is not what I want and I am changing the outcome I 'remember'.

I have browsed the internet on Remote Viewing and there seem to be sooo many different styles of RV.

Technical Remote Viewing, Controled Remote Viewing, Coordinate Remote Viewing, Associate Remote Viewing...

Now I know what I have learned from the DVD's is called Technical Remote Viewing and Associate Remote Viewing is done with picture targets that 'represent' a certain outcome.

What is the difference between Technical Remote Viewing and Controled Remote Viewing?
